How do I contact Personal Chef's Catering?

I need a personal chef to cook in my own kitchen for a formal occasion. Is that possible?

Yes our chef’s can prepare our gourmet delights right out of your own kitchen, based on your ingredients and specifications.

We will even go shopping for any particular ingredient you need.

You can also hire one of our chef’s for your special party or event

Certain restrictions apply additional fees may be added for rental equipment, supplies etc…

 

What is your required deposit for your services?

     A 50% Non-Refundable deposit is required upon signing catering contract.

     There is a 72 hour cancellation period with signed catering contract on food, rentals, supplies and services.

     Food deposits are also required with parties of 10 or more.

 

I have a last minute event, Are you able to cater with 24 hours notice?

Yes we can cater last minute events of 50 guests or less. Parties 50 or more require 3 days notice,

based on times availability or specifications

 

Do you supply table linens, china, glassware, silverware, tables, service staff etc?

Yes! Please see our specialty services on our site for pricing.

We are a full service caterer so we can take care of every last detail.

 

Do you have banquet rooms where I can host my special event/party?

Sorry not at this time we are a off premise catering company, but we can book a place of your choice

make all the necessary arrangements so you will worry free. (restrictions apply based on availability and specifications)

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We Gladly accept Visa/MC, Amex, Discover, Cash, Check & Cashiers Check

 

Do you cater child birthday parties with all the works?

Absolutely from food, popcorn machines, balloons, rental attractions, characters etc… or just a simple pizza party

Do you charge a Delivery fee for Equipment Rentals?

We charge a delivery fee of $50.00 for large equipment rentals.

Additional fees may be added based on location/distance to event.

 

When is the final head count due prior to my event?

The final head count should be in at least 5 days prior to the event,

 

Can I arrange for a food testing?

Certainly! We can have a Chef come to your home/business/Event Location with your food choices to sample.

Please limit food testing's to Bride/Groom & Parents because of the expense of preparing food/travel time.

 

Do you supply buffet tables for the food?

Yes at no additional charge. Linens are extra

 

Pricing

 

Many caterers have there own menus and there own set pricing, what if i have a budget?

We can prepare a menu based in your price range or if you have a particular menu in mind we can accommodate your needs.

 

What are your prices for a buffet reception compared to a formal plated menu?

A buffet is more casual allowing guests to mingle easier and is more reasonably priced 

A sit down is a more formal affair, with a per head price that is higher and uses more staff.

 

Do you charge for set-up & breakdown?

Absolutely Not! Set-up and Breakdown is included in our catering services at no additional charge.

Additional charges will apply for clean-up beyond catered premises.

Do you have wedding planning?

Absolutely! We know how stressful your special day can be so

we take care of every last detail so you can be worry free.

We work with a lot of wedding planners in the area.

We are happy to work with him/her in planning your memorable day!
